Request Title: Refresh Feeder College Leagues
Description
Currently all of the college feeder leagues (other than CCEL, CBEL, CMEL, and ECHL) are stuck in the past, I think created in December 1999. For example, FEL's college league doesn't even include FCS.
Suggestion would be to reset each of those leagues, so that the players feeding in would be similar in quality to those coming from the DEL college leagues into CEL, BEL, MEL, and HEL, respectively.

Admin Notes
The college feeder leagues for pro football and basketball have been refreshed to reflect the 2025 alignment (including adding FCS). Alignments are copied directly from current CBEL and CCEL teams.
Feeder leagues for baseball and hockey will be refreshed later this year, once CMEL and ECHL alignment are updated.
