Request Title: ECHL Conference Updates
Description
Realignment and addition of teams. Currently in real world ice hockey there is 6 full conferences and independents. Relative to the 2024-2025 season, the following changes would be needed:

Add Tier 1 Big Ten Conference, with the following teams

Michigan (CCHA)
Michigan St (CCHA)
Notre Dame (CCHA)
Ohio St (CCHA)
Minnesota (WCHA)
Wisconsin (WCHA)

Team Moves

Connecticut: AHA -> Hockey East (promotion)
UA Fairbanks: CCHA -> Indep (demotion)
Miami Ohio: CCHA -> WCHA
W Michigan: CCHA -> WCHA
UA Anchorage: WCHA -> Indep (demotion)
Bemidji St: WCHA -> CCHA (demotion)
Michigan Tech: WCHA -> CCHA (demotion)
Minnesota St: WCHA -> CCHA (demotion)

New Teams

Penn State: Big Ten (move from UA Huntsville - Indep)
Augustana: CCHA
St Thomas: CCHA
Arizona State: WCHC
Lindenwood: Indep
Long Island: Indep
Stonehill: Indep

Conference Changes

WCHC: rename to National Collegiate Hockey Conference
CCHA: drop to Tier 2 (demotion for Bowling Green, Ferris St, L Superior St, N Michigan).

Note that Minnesota State and Minnesota were swapped, so as to not demote one of the coaches.
